Themes 7-13-09

Hello All,

Here are the themes for this week.

Monday:  blocking combinations, blocking exercises with partners, hapkido, knife hands
Tuesday:  Kicks, slower, focusing on pivoting foot rotation, hip rotation. Forms
Thursday  kicks, focusing on acceleration at the point of contact,  flying/jumping kicks

Mental Focus:  if it isn’t significant part of your way of life already, make an extra effort to go out and help somebody in any way you see fit.  What are the benifits to this practice for you and those around you?
