Sunday: Isometric Kicks, advanced kicking combos, never fail technique
Monday: High form work, lateral step sparring exercises, hammer fist (if time)
Tuesday: Kicks with targets (working with eyes open, then closed), blocking combos (sets of blocks), forms
Thursday: Jumping kicks with targets, 3s & 1s, free sparring

Focus: Find a thought or a memory that motivates you when you get physically tired. Use it during class. Find a thought or memory that motivates you when you are mentally tired.
What is it about these thoughts or memories that motivate you? Why? Dissect this as far as you can…see if you can go all the way back to when you were a child. You may be surprised at what you find.
