Named after the Korean scholar, Do San An Chan Ho, who dedicated his life to the education of Korea and it’s independence movement
1. Outer palm block in a right front stance to the left.
2. Back punch in the same stance. Diro-dira.
3. Outer palm block in a left front stance to the right.
4. Back punch in the same stance.
5. Move the right foot to the left. Stepping forward into a double knife hand block in a back stance.
6. Spear finger stepping forward into a left front stance. (Ki-Hap)
7. Break from a wrist grab. Turning counter-clockwise on the right front foot, into a horizontal back fist to the front.
8. Step in horizontal back fist.
9. Turn counter-clockwise into an outer palm block in a right front stance to the right.
10. Back punch in the same stance. Diro-dira.
11. Outer palm block in a left front stance to the left.
12. Back punch in the same stance.
13. Move back left foot into meet the right. Open into a right front stance with cross block to 45 degrees to back right.
14. Right front kick.
15. Front punch.
16. Back punch.
17. Move front right foot back to meet the left. Open into a left front stance with cross block to 45 degrees to back left.
18. Left front kick.
19. Front punch.
20. Back punch.
21. High block in a right back stance on center to back.
22. Stepping forward high block.
23. Rotating counter-clockwise to a left single knife hand chop in a sitting stance to the left.
24. Reverse direction to a right single knife hand chop in a sitting stance to the right. (Ki-Hap)
